My mother taught me a powerful lesson on that subject. She worried about everything constantly. Nothing escaped her. She worried about things outside her control and well as those within her sphere of influence. I asked her what good her worrying had done and she said,"Nothing I have worried about has ever happened. So, it must do some good."
The lesson I learned was don't worry. Don't waste time and energy on something that doesn't change anything. If you have a problem, address it and try to work out a solution. If you have a decision to make, address it head on, look at the pros and cons, the worst possible scenario and use this information to make the decision. Use this approach on anything that might cause you to worry and don't worry BE Happy!
