What was your bedtime as a child? When do you go to bed now?

I was a child so long ago that I really don't remember.  Now, I go to bed when I get tired.
We probably went to bed when mom and dad got tired.  Since Dad had to get up early to go to work, we must have been sent to bed early too.  Weekends we were allowed to stay up much later and watch television until it went off the air at midnight.  If we were involved in a pinochle game, we were up very late but then we were in our teens and it would be a weekend night.
